The Five-Wise process is to intelligently, strategically, and iteratively ask the right questions to dive into the layers of the problem until an irreducible point is reached. These are tough, well-thought-out questions that generate honest answers. The identified root-cause, falling into the categories of People, Processes, and Plans, will be what you actually need to solve for.
The Five-Whys system is inexpensive. It doesn’t take a building full of consultants to produce, because it’s based on a deep and simple principle: question everything in a deliberate, measurable way until we, together with your team, arrive at irreducible truths. From there, your team will be able, with or without us, to work back to straight line imperatives that will affect the change your business actually needs.
